博克斯 to host Jan. 31 lecture on violence in Middle East, international law

费格雷, retired professor of history and politics at Penn State 博克斯 and expert on the Middle East and international law, will offer his analysis of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

WYOMISSING, Pa. — The Penn State 博克斯 global studies program will host a lecture titled “Israel and Palestine in the Context of International Law” from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, in Room 121, Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. The event is free and open to the public. 

Randall 费格雷, retired professor of history and politics at Penn State 博克斯 and expert on the Middle East and international law, will offer his analysis of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. 费格雷 will also discuss how the larger conflict between Israelites and Palestinians fits under the principles of international law.
